Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect: the photo(s) you upload, your name and email, your order and shipping details, and payment information (processed securely by Shopify — we never see your full card details).
Your photos are private. We use them only to create the portrait you ordered. We never sell, share, or publish your photos, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
How we use your information: to create and deliver your order, send order updates, provide support, and — only if you opt in — send occasional marketing you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Who we share it with: only the partners needed to fulfil your order — Shopify (our store and payment platform), our print partner for physical orders, and our email provider.
Your rights: request a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, through our Contact page.
