You approve an exact on-screen preview before you buy — what you see is what we make, so there are no surprises.
If something's wrong: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the preview you approved, we'll remake it or refund you. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Digital files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, so they're non-refundable once sent — but if there's ever a problem with your file, contact us and we'll fix it.
